Is Naples & Southwest Florida Ready for Another Luxury High-Rise? No!

By
Real Estate Agent with Downing-Frye Realty, Inc. Naples, FL

Naples and southwest Florida is not ready for another luxury high-rise. The area is ready for three new luxury high-rise buildings.

The latest to be announced is the long-planned and anticipated final-phase of Aqua at Pelican Isle. As high-rise buildings go, this is a modest 11-story, 32-unit, special luxury high-rise in the ever up-and-coming north Naples area at Wiggins Pass. As this high-rise offers a private marina with deep water access to the Gulf of Mexico it is truly unique in the area.

Learn more about Aqua phase I and properties available now.

What about the other two new high-rise towers?

A new building is set for Bonita Bay and sales should begin this fall.

Prior to Aqua final phase announcement is a new high-rise in The Colony at Pelican Landing in Bonita Springs.

Yes Jacob indeed.

I would characterize new construction is southwest Florida as boomingHardly a day goes by I don't receive a new development pre-announcement. Including two new golf course communities. A new golf course hasn't been built in ten years that I can recall.
