Naples and southwest Florida is not ready for another luxury high-rise. The area is ready for three new luxury high-rise buildings.
The latest to be announced is the long-planned and anticipated final-phase of Aqua at Pelican Isle. As high-rise buildings go, this is a modest 11-story, 32-unit, special luxury high-rise in the ever up-and-coming north Naples area at Wiggins Pass. As this high-rise offers a private marina with deep water access to the Gulf of Mexico it is truly unique in the area.

A new building is set for Bonita Bay and sales should begin this fall.
