The name of the game when selling your home is to get as much back in Seller's proceeds as you can!
Since we are living in Northern Colorado, this is easier than it once was.
However there is a big challenge. I call it "The Double Transaction." This means that after you sell your home, you want to buy another one. Either you are downsizing or upsizing, it doesn't matter. You want to have it timed perfectly so that you 1. are not homelss and 2. do not have to move twice.

1. Together we go out and view replacement homes to see what is out there.
2. We list your home and get an offer.
3. We counter this offer with the sale being contingent upon Seller (you) finding a replacement property.
4. Either we find said replacement property and go on with both transactions, or we cancel the sale contract on your home and you go on with life.
