Ed I echo your comments.  Despite low turn out, the focus will always be on the positive.  We so enjoy getting to know our peers on a more intimate level at these gatherings.

Joe - yes smiles and conversation.  Still a little taken back even if our market is hot, hot, hot and the leaderboard shows a number of folks that didnt have travel more than five miles!  Can it reaaly be that Active Rain for them is about marketing their listings?  hmmmm

Donny is a beautiful location soon to be condo towers and single family homes less than a mile from the Atlantic Ocean.  New meanagement company bringing more entertainment to the village.  When the horses are running it is magnificent to watch throse thoroughbreds walksing around the paddock prior to the race!  Oh yes...they have slots too and musical venues

Yes, very cool Kerrie - We did enjoy as Marco also attended our previous meetup in Miami and Ft Lauderdale.  

Marco it is always pleasurable visiting with you!  Love to share our stories and discuss the current trends in the real estate market as well.  Imagine all the residents trolling the streets once the towers and single family homes are constructed at this magnificent Village along the gold coast.
