Neal - I agree with Debe, very nicely done. You'll have to show me how to implement a graph into my own posts sometime. I don't know if you'll be watching Wrestlemania or not, but I ordered it on PPV. Something in me wonders if there will be a Neal Bloom run-in:-) Email me tomorrow if you don't get it, I'll let you in on the results.

Those statistics look pretty good to me. 11 house sold and 5 under contract is pretty good for the number of houses on the market.
