It is good to see that single family home inventory is up in almost all zip codes and also the median price. Showing median prices every few months doesn't really provide a true picture since they can fluctuate greatly based on a couple of higher or lower-level sales.

The condo market is a little more stable than the single family market with median prices leveling out somewhat.

Both markets still favor sellers.

Anyone needing up to date and thorough market data on LA has the expert right here. NIce to see some of the changes although I suspect buyers are not happy with where pricing in going. Nice to see some more inventory - same trend here
