July finished out the home sales with a increase of 12.93% over 2013 same period!
Comparing the homes that sold YTD 2013 to 2014 are pretty close with 2013 have sold 345 homes and 2014 selling 390 only +45 difference. The great thing for home sellers at this time is the increase in the value.
From Jan-July 2013 the average price of the homes sold was $143,564 and during the same time-frame in 2014 the average price was $164,486. A $20,922 increase, which is one of the biggest percentage increases in Aurora!!!! This zip code is small compared to most in Aurora with little movement in Detached Homes going on the market.
