New Website - Please check it out and provide feedback....

We have recently set up a website for our team, The Reid Team at Keller Williams Arizona Realty Our website is www.reidteamrealty.com and it is pretty basic right now. We actually just received our first lead from the site in several months so that was pretty exciting. I am not sure at this point where we can go and so I am looking for some feedback. I already have a list of questions to ask my developer and support person at this company just from reading profiles and blogs on AR. We would like to make sure we are maximizing it and would like to increase our leads through the web. I did find this cool tool online and I think I read about it in someone's blog also after I went there, it is www.websitegrader.com and I just want to tell you to go there and check out your website and see how it scores! !

I could use any suggestions anyone has to make the site better. Please just look at the site, www.reidteamrealty.com and post a quick comment on how you thing it could be improved or tweaked or if you like it nothing at all?!?!?!

KW website aren't too bad. Yes It's canned but customizable for me. Basically, it was a cost factor for me. 13 a month tech fee is nice (domain name not included) and I simply put the URL in any site I register. This creates the visibilty of my site. As far as your site is concerned, just keep updating it by adding new content, create cross links, directories, and make sure the link is on all sites you register.

Well, one thing I have to say right off. It is a pet peeve of mine. Your web site says search Arizona property. When one clicks it, you can search PHOENIX metro prperty. I'm sorry- but Phoenix is NOT all there is to Arizona. Even though people who live there tend to think it's the only part that COUNTS. (No, I'm not really mad- just have to give you a hard time).

The site is not bad, but pretty generic. See if you can make it more personal and add to it.

Johnny - Thanks for the info that's good to know! I set up my KW site but I couldn't get a domain that didn't say www.yourdomain.yourkwagent.com and I wanted to change it to something simpler, is that possible now? Is the tech support through KW?

Leslie - Thanks for the insight and you can give me a hard time it's ok I can take it. It is a good point you make. It is generic I know, that's what we are trying to do is make it more personal and helpful with good information yet peasy to use! Thanks for the great feedback!
