Kansas City Auctioneer Robert Mayo Earns Prestigious AARE Designation

Kansas City Auctioneer Robert Mayo has gone the 'extra mile' to offer the highest level of professionalism and the most up-to-date information when it comes to selling properties by earning the Accredited Auctioneer, Real Estate (AARE) designation. Offered through the National Auctioneers Association Education Institute, AARE courses cover topics such as property transfer, financial analysis and legal issues involving the sale of real estate by the auction method. Less than 1% of Auctioneers throughout North America hold the AARE designation.

Whether selling residential, agricultural, commercial or industrial properties, AARE auctioneers have enhanced knowledge in all pertinent areas, such as:

- Marketing techniques
- Financial/investment calculations
- Evaluating cash flow
- Holding-period analysis
- Tax consequences of buying and selling properties
- Multi-parcel real estate auctions

The AARE auctioneer has successfully completed three (3) classes in order to gain the designation, and must maintain it with continuing education.

Congratulations.  One of these days I will finish up my CAI and start on AARE.  It takes a lot of time and effort to get these designations.  Good for you.

Congratulations!

Now I will have to change my marketing materials to read there are 322 Accredited Auctioneers of Real Estate in the USA.

1.4 million realtors sold about 5 million properties collectively in 2007

6,000 auctioneers sold a little over 1-million properties collectively in 2007

Yet there are only 322 people in the USA who are Accredited as Auctioneers of Real Estate (AARE) by the only group capable of certification, the National Auctioneers Association.

Pretty strong listing material now that you can tell sellers, I can offer a higher level of service than 99% of real estate "professionals" in the USA.
