Closed sales are up 14.9% over Q2 2013 with 1,635 closed sales Q2 2014. New listings are up 10% while days on the market are down 8.3% from 60 days in Q2 2013 to 55 days Q2 2014.
If you are looking to sell, the median sale price is up 9.2% from this time last year when we where at $120,000. Now the median sale price is $131,000. The average sale price is $147,344 (up 9.3%).
