Do you have a First Home Buyer who wants to purchase a Non-Warrantable Condo? I can help!

Norcom Mortgage has a niche conventional loan product that will allow investor ratios over 50% and NOT classify it as a non-warrantable property. Plus we require only 10% down. Most other lenders require 20%+.

Rick - does this apply to investor transactions or just owner-occ/2nd homes?

Kevin ... The program is available only owner-occupied units purchase or refi. Investor units are not eligible and 2nd homes require 25% equity. FL condos are not eligible either.
