Point2Agent...and 23 way's to list your properties and to get leads!

Well, well. I found Point2Agent...well I was trained on it months ago, and I forgot about it b/c our office manager John Milakovic's wife (Marianne) is nice enough to put our listings out on Point2Agent. This place allow's you to do so many fabulous things...like email back to the lead's you get from posting your listing's on here.

How many of you know about this site? If you don't know about it, check it out...and let me know what you think, please.

I have a point2 site but don't do anything with it. I have my main site and got a point2 site just to have "another place" to put my listings. I dont think it ever gets any traffic...I get my traffic from AR and my regular website.

I have been using point2agent BUT obviously NOT to it's potential so you have shown me I need to get trained. I was not aware of everything you mentioned in your post. Thank you for your post.....

I wasn't using it as much as I should have, I just happened to check it last night and found a new lead...

You are welcome! Every time you post a listing, at the end of your post it gives you the opportunity to post to 23 other locations...Why not use it. My office manager posts all of our listings there with good results! :-)

Karen I have Point 2 Agent. But to be honest with you,it is not generated leads for me. Only time people go to my website is when I put a ad on Craigslist.com. I guess I have to figure out more things that Point2Agent can do to improve my chances of getting good leads. Good to read your posts. I haven't commented on one of your posts in a while so I decided to come back and visit. And to say "Hello" Great post.

I had a lead the other day. I wasn't really paying that much attention to it until last week when I felt like I should put the listing's out there anyway I could. I went back less than a week later and people are clicking on them to view.

I need a class on how to better use it myself...however of the 8 listing's I put on there, there were over 74 views. So...

I use Craig's list as well, but they expire in 45 days...and if you don't keep deleting and reposting, they're off the front two pages in no time in this market.

Do you "showcase" on Realtor.com?

I was thinking about you the other day as well...How's the weather up there?
