Hyde park NY real estate and homes for sale

The Hyde Park NY July market updated showed 8 single family detached homes sold, down from July 2013 when there were 12 sales.

However the average list and sale prices increased.

Average list price $ 199,760 $ 223,442

Average sale price $ 188,850 $ 215,821

Units of sale 12 8

Dom 153 106

Sale Price range $ 85,000- $260,000 $ 143,678-$ 375,000

The Hyde Park real estate market does offer some great values for home buyers.
