Located at Prospect and Lemay (borders Poudre Valley Hospital), Highlander Heights is a late 1960’-early 1970's neighborhood that I just really like.  There are a lot of brick ranches with basements and most have garages (1 or 2 car) and the lots are a good size. The neighborhood is adjacent to grocery stores, elementary and middle schools and Poudre Valley Hospital. Really the neighborhood is very centrally located within the City.

With only two (3) homes selling this year and NO homes currently available this again shows how desireable this Neighborhhood is!  However the "Listing to Sales Price" is surprising to me at 96% of List Price. The List to Sales price is up 3% though from the First Quarter.  Even though we have a strong market in this general price range Sellers can't get greedy.  With the continued lack of Inventory in this Neighborhood I look for prices to continue to climb a bit. It is important to use LOCAL Realtors with Knowledge of our area for acurate information.
