Let’s explore the sign of the Sagittarius, born between November 22nd and December 21st. Now, this one is my favorite because I am a Sag!
A sign of fire, the Sagittarius yearns to live the good life. We are filled with energy, optimism, and a love of life. We often find that we can become drained as we can be so giving and sometimes overly expressive with our energy. A Sag is known for manifesting their desires and reaching their goals once their sights are set on what they want. A Sagittarius can be the most big-hearted and loving sign of them all, however, a restless energy and need for independence keeps us on the move. Finding a sense of self filled with creativity and that special purpose are key for a Sag.
So, how does this relate to buying a home?
Normally my first advice to home buyers is to find a trusted advisor (AKA a professional Realtor). For a Sagittarius I would suggest first taking some time to be sure that buying a home is the right next step for you. Why do I say this? Well, as I mentioned above a Sag is great at manifesting, so, once they decide that they want a home, well, they better be ready. Once the desire has been set, find a Realtor and a Lender who can help on the journey towards home ownership.
A Sagittarius will find it important that their home have a sense of safety, comfort, and privacy. Looking for something with character and charm is a great idea!
Sagittarius will fare well in today’s market. Many home buyers are having a difficult time navigating the low inventory and high demand, but, a Sagittarius will allow their positive thinking and optimistic outlook to guide them. As a Sagittarius will often want to move around, it is a great idea to consider the resale value of a home when making the purchase.
A Sag should feel free to reach out to friends, family, and trusted confidants to help reach the best decision, but, will ultimately want to look within to make the decision.
