The Coppell, Texas real estate market is in a state of flux.  Home sales in Coppell are down slightly from last year (about 7.2% fewer homes sold through the end of July when compared to 2013).  But, the median sold price has risen by 5.6%.

Even more intriguing, the number of homes listed for sale is currently at 181, the highest level it's been since 2012.  The median asking price is a whopping 30% higher than the median sold price for 2014.

Coppell Home Listings Rise!

A lot of people think that Coppell only has very expensive homes for sale, and right now it is true that there are a large number of homes that are priced $400,000 and above in the city of Coppell.  However, Coppell does indeed still have quite a few homes for sale that are priced $300,000 and lower.  Especially in the lower price range, Coppell is seeing a continuation of the strong seller's market that has been present the past 2 years.
