It was time for me to renew my ActiveRain maker account for this account. Yes I do have another ActiveRain account for my other real estate license in the State of Florida as I am a licensed real estate managing broker in the State of Washington and a licensed broker in the State of Florida. They are equivalent.

Earlier today I called to renew my account. Of course the telephone line at Market Leader which takes the incoming calls had a bit of a wait but they offer an option to leave your call back number and they will call you back promptly.
Sure enough... they did.
Prior to this I sent an email to renew my Rainmaker account. Within 24 hours they notified me via email for me to call in. It turns out the same person who responded to my ticket was the same person who called back.
I have a problem with the Z Beast encroaching on my space LOL but this is really good in the area of customer service.
