Late post but worth it... thanks Aerosmith

Just like Eddie Van Halen's kid, another one steps up and joins the old man's band.    :-)

Good morning David. We have a home in Marshfield Ma, often we get to see a Kramer and Tyler in some of the restaurants. Kind of neat, but everyone leaves them alone when they are out and about.

Lucky you, David!  When these great entertainers provide us an opportunity to see them in action, it's a good idea to grab the chance.  I have always regretted not going to a Grateful Dead concert.  

Kudos to Jesse for stepping in at the last minute and performing in place of his Dad.

I hadn't heard he had a heart attack. How wonderful for his son to put on his shoes and fill in! 

David, I saw a few friends on FB who were in attendance, and even a video.   Sounds like I missed a great concert!

Hi David - We're not the only ones getting older. It's amazing that a lot of those old bands are still going strong, and Aerosmith brings back a lot of memories. I hope Joey Kramer recovers fully.

I didn't know you played drums, David - I'm on guitar, we should get the AR band together!  Who's on bass? ; )

Always disappointing when a show isn't "as good as the last one" but as a musician it's cool to appreciate how tough that must be on the kid.

Wow..good for Jesse for taking the plunge and stepping in to fill his dads spot..obviously they felt the show must go on! I'm sure the concert was still good!

David, they always have put on a great show...saw them at Alpine Valley in Wisconsin...definitely rocking it!  With more and more replacements filling in for bands that I've enjoyed for so many years is unfortunately becoming too common place, but kudos to the kid for stepping up...what's he going to do...say no???

No doubt it was still a great concert! Have to say I have never seen them live but have on TV. One of the great bands of the past!
