The Greens at Waynesborough, Berwyn, PA 19312
This year 2014 there have been three sales so far in the Greens at Waynesborough in Berwyn, PA. Located in Easttown Township and part of Tredyffrin Easttown School District the Greens at Waynesborough are located just off Route 252 next door to the Waynesborough Country Club. We love Berwyn it is where we live ourselves and when we first moved to America it felt like a small part of England with the winding country roads and easy access to green space.
You can see the Greens at Waynesborough highlighted above on this Google Earth photo, right next to the golf course and country club. Originally built by Toll Brothers this is a well located development in Berwyn, close to Episcopal Academy with easy access to shopping, restaurants and center city Philadelphia. Toll Brothers are currently building a new development Liseter on the old Dupont Estate in Newtown Square a few miles south of here.
There are currently six homes for sale in the Greens At Waynesborough priced from $850,000 to $1,190,000, as mentioned three homes have sold this year priced between $925,000 and $1,070,000. Prices vary by size and style of the house, some homes are in the 3300 square feet range and others are as large as 6000+ square feet; and location within the community.
