How Can I Nurture my Skin to be Radiant and Healthy?
I remember walking into a new gym a for the first time as I signed up for a personal training session. The trainer introduced herself and then quickly said, you drink a lot of water and do not smoke. I responed in a surprise manner and said yes, that is correct majority of the liquid I take in is water and am a none smoker.
She then said, I can tell due to the complexion of your skin and how healthy it looks.
So there are two insights on how to gift your skin with great health. Drink plenty of water and let go of the smoking.
