Alan Grizzle - My Take on the Market
As usual, with the start of a new school year we have had a slow down in the housing market. After the first few weeks of school, I expect people with children that have been looking for a home will start back looking. They will be trying to find homes in the same school district, if at all possible.
Even though the spring and summer selling season is over, people are still looking. Life happens. Somebody will be getting a new job, losing a job, retiring, getting married or divorced, the kids just moved off to college and they will be downsizing, or someone just had a baby and are outgrowing their home. All of that creates the need to buy and sell. I sell homes year 'round, not just during the spring and summer.
