 The founder of iBuy Realty is Bobby Bryant. When he founded iBuy Realty in 2008, the real estate industry was in the doldrums. At the infancy of the recession, he predicted that the real estate industry would come out the other side a changed industry. With that said, he wanted to create a Tech Based Brokerage firm that would provide consumers, both buyers and sellers, some degree of relief. He wanted to create a comprehensive, methodical, and proven platform that was more efficient, inclusive and streamlined. Mr. Bryant wanted to challenge the status quo by rethinking real estate, its process, and its efficiency by leveraging technology and passing the savings on to buyers and sellers. 

 But how? And why? Just like anything else, in order to understand where the real estate industry was going, he had to understand exactly where it’s been. Mr. Bryant relentlessly dissected and studied the history of the real estate industry, the conception and evolution of the internet, generational differences, and how the resurgence of the tech boom via social media sites was all going to reshape consumer behavior and potentially disrupt the real estate industry. 

Anticipating these changes, Bobby Bryant began to create what he believed is a real estate brokerage model for generations to come. Conducting numerous studies and surveys to determine what “TODAYS” buyers and sellers really want, the results were irrefutable. Buyers and Sellers wanted more Control, Options, and Savings.

Now understanding the anatomy of what consumers want, Mr. Bryant began to assemble a real estate brokerage firm that exemplified the iBuy Realty Mission Statement. He created a real estate brokerage firm that gives buyers and sellers upfront and transparent options that allow them to select the best package and service for themselves based on their experience and the level of support they wanted in order to successfully complete their transaction. 

You see, Influenced by BUYERS and SELLERS, iBuy Realty was created for consumers by consumers.
