SUNDAY BLESSINGS ~ A NEW PUPPY

Duke

After losing my beloved little "Jack", the incredible spotted wiener dog who was my pal for 13 years, we just brought home today another little dynamo! Welcome little "Duke"! He is a piebald miniature Dachshund and we are already in love!

We drove 2 hours to Belton, TX to pick him up. We went and met him right after his eyes opened. He is the runt and we immediately knew that he was the one.

Of course you can never replace a special pet but bringing in a new one can certainly help to heal our hearts.

Just look at those eyes! He is a keeper and we are super blessed to be bringing him home today!

Duke is so dang adorable !!! Our past pets will always hold a spot in our hearts, this new fella isnt a replacement...you have learned our heart grows larger to find a space for the new ones to enter !! Hope to see him in your posts as to watch him grow ( even though hes a mini )
