Many think that by buying a house by themselves they will save money. But today's real estate isn't a friendly place for buyers without agents. The paperwork alone is daunting.

Here are a few reasons why you should consider working with a professional:

  • The agent will help you analyze your needs and desires and then locate a house that would fit them much faster than you would do it alone. He or she will assist you in evaluating the houses you see, or preview them for you. On the whole, with an agent, you will be able to make an informed choice before presenting the seller with an offer.
  • The agent will present your offer to the seller, then negotiate on your behalf for the best price for the property.
  • The agent will help you with all the financial and legal aspects of a real estate transaction, such as finding the best mortgage and lender, recommend movers, attorneys, home inspectors and other qualified people you might need.

In other words, your agent will be your best and most trusted ally. Hopefully, I will convince you to consider me as your partner when you decide to buy a house. If you want to find out more about the way I work with my clients, please refer to the testimonial section on my website, or call or email me and I will provide you with the requested information.

Sincerely,
Steven Wright

Very good point.  The buyer needs to have a professional on their side.

I have been on both sides of the fence- I would hate to be a buyer in today's market or a seller that was going into a closing without the help of a professional realtor that knows the ropes-- It may be easy enough to find the buyer- but there is so much more to consider and I for one would not even think of doing a transaction without a realtor's advice and expertise.
