Aliana is a great and new up and coming neighborhood in Richmond, TX. It still has a lot of construction going on, but a lot of the homes have been built. They are beautiful homes that range from many different styles of houses. Which is really good because you have the option to choose which style you would want for your future home!
Schools:
Aliana is in Richmond, TX but it is considered part of Fort Bend Isd. Fort Bend ISD is a very highly rated school district in Texas. They have great schools and great ratings. According to AlianaHouston.com, "A new Fort Bend ISD elementary school is proposed for our community, within walking distance for most Aliana families". Which means they are building a school close by! Which is a great reason to consider this beautiful neighborhood, it would be a great place to raise a family, and with the new up and coming school you'll have a school for your children!
Location. Location. Location.
Location is very important when it comes to buying your
new home. Aliana is located between Hwy 59 and Interstate 10. Aliana is west of Houston and on the Grand Parkway. It is also located within 10 minutes of a Outlet Shopping Mall, Katy Mills Mall. It is a great location to bring up your family and have a great time! Katy Mills Mall is a great place to spend the day, whether you want to shop or watch a movie! The mall has a movie theater attached and a great arcade feel with many games and rides! Another reason to take the kids and if you live so close, you will always have something to do!
Homes:
Aliana's homes are priced between $190K and $600K. They have advertised this a lot through the billboards spaced across Hwy 99. These homes are modeled off the Model Homes located at the Front of the Neighborhood. These homes are built by various builders and you have the choice to semi-customize or completely customize your home. Which is wonderful, because the design of your home is up to you! You have the power and ability to change what you want in order to make your house feel like your home!
Parks and Recreations: 
Although Aliana does not have any parks in the neighborhood, they are in the process in building one. They have a beautiful lake surrounded by a wonderful walking trail! A gorgeous walking trail is just what you need to have a wonderful evening stroll with your dog or even just yourself! It is located at the front of the neighborhood off of Hwy 99. They also have a wonderfully built Clubhouse with a pool and they host many cultural events in the Clubhouse! Another reason why Aliana is a wonderful place to consider; you always have something to do! With cultural events going on almost every other weekend and a fun-filled mall located 10 minutes away with a wonderful place for the kids! Aliana is definitely a beautiful neighborhood to consider for your next adventure!
