Before I get too far into the details of actually Staging this home; I thought I'd share some of the details of the house it's self, and more importantly the details the Home Owners and builders of this project put into it.
This is what is referred to as the Mosaic Room - well, it's really the Mosaic Bathroom, but it's big enough to be considered a small room. The owners used indigenous, oil rubbed Paka wood and 4 different kinds of marble, sandstone and fossilized limestone (you can't see it in the picture, but in the fossilized limestone there are cross sections of sea shells and tiny fish the size of my pinky fingernail). Walk in shower is at the back of the bathroom.
THESE are the SINKS and FAUCETS! (Cost per faucet set? Roughly $2,700 each - I didn't even ask about the
cost of the sink) Some might be turned away by this, but they are absolutely fabulous in person and as you can see they work beautifully with the overall décor of the bathroom. The owners didn't skimp on anything, which many of us see when the builders "run-out-of -money, they're still going full board ahead. And you might all want to know, they have never hired an Interior Decorator or Designer for anything in the home - until now J.
Sometimes it's so refreshing to be able to Stage a house where we, ourselves, can simply be decorators and really show off a showcase home!
Mahalo!
That's an amazing bathroom, definitely. Thanks for sharing it.
