Calabasas map

Calabasas is a city in Los Angeles County, California. It is located in the hills west of the San Fernando Valley and is in the northwest Santa Monica Mountains between Woodland Hills, Agoura Hills, West Hills, Hidden Hills and Malibu.

Calabasas with its rustic canyons and manicured streets is a very popular place to live for many famous and reach. Residents enjoy the privacy, safety, great schools( well-known public Las Virgenes USD, trust me, those schools are not 'just public schools') and willing to pay top $$$ for living in this L.A. 'Suburbia'.

So, ''how much!?''

According to TheMLS:

The average listing price for homes(sfr) for sale in Calabasas CA is $2,508,000 ( 8/23). The average sold price for house(sfr) last month was: $1,447,000, 24 houses were sold. Avg DOM=67. Median days in MLS: 122.

78% of homes are owner occupied.

Nice update on the Calabasas market, Inna.  That's a really wide price range, which is expected in an area with such diverse properties.  Seeing such a spike in January makes me wonder if there was a very large sale driving those numbers.
