Well, we have been back from Thailand and are now back to work! So now I have to visit memory lane to update the rest of our trip. Then I'll get back to blogging about real estate stuff (which, by the way, is an excellent time to buy real estate with rates low and the new FHA conforming loan amount increased from $417,000 to $729,500 in our local area...buyers, it's a great time for you to see what you can do!).
