Alvin Depot Days

That’s right people! Alvin Depot Days will be here in five days!

The event will start with a parade featuring the Shriners, funny art cars, antique tractors, horses, bands and much more.

After the parade, Oak Park will be waiting with vendor booths where you can buy many interesting craft items. There will be a trackless train ride for the children, face painting, clowns AND food, lots and lots of food. There will also be a vendor who will set up his rock climbing wall so that you can see what you are made of.

Best of all I am told that it is a possibility that the Chief of Police will be a feature at the dunking booth.  Hmmmmm maybe I will visit that booth….

In any case I hope to see you there!

Hi, Sussie...what a fun sounding event.

I was in Ouray for the Grillin and Chillin Festival. It was a great time.
