Oh no! The unthinkable has happened. For the last 10 years I have not been in this predicament. I feel naked. I feel helpless. I do not even want to go out in public. What if something happens?

My cell phone battery is dead. Rather it will not hold a charge. I called my provider to find out how much it cost to replace a battery. Yikes. How much is a new phone? Even though the phone is a bit more $$$, I think that it makes more sense. I am going to get one of those new smartphones with all of the bells and whistles.

I can't wait to get my new phone. I may be able to go out in public again.
