- Average Price: $999,800 = 20.3% increase from June ($831,000)
- No. of Cupertino Condos Sold: 5 = 00.0 % from June with 5 sold
- Pending Properties: 7 = 250.00% increase from June which had 2 pending properties
- Bank-Owned Homes Sold: zero and zero REO's in June
- Short Sales Sold: zero and zero short sales in June
- Sale vs. List Price: 111.6% = 6.1% increase from June (105.1%)
- Average Days on Market: 8 = 35.9% decrease from June (13 days)
Year over year median condo prices increased 20.9%; the average sales prices increased 23.8%; the number of condos sold decreased 16.7%; and the number of active listings decreased 50.0%. There remains a shortage of inventory in the condo market.
