Rates for 30-year fixed mortgages are fantastic and there are many properties to choose from. Personally, buyer activity has been noticeably increased over the last week or two. More and more people are coming around to the idea that the bottom is here (or is close enough any way) to feel confident about moving forward with a purchase. Good deals are going quickly, so stay on top of price reductions and new listings....
