Trulia Pro just launched the Hidden Gems Photo Sweepstakes.  You're a real estate pro and you're out there in the field every day.  You know about the less-obvious highlights of your city so share it with us all.  

Everyone knows about the Space Needle in Seattle but what about the Gum Wall or the Olympic Sculpture Park?  We've all heard of Yankee Stadium (GO YANKEES) but what about Wave Hill?

Take a picture of a local hidden gem and upload it into the sweeps for a chance to win a $1,000 AMEX card.

Kenneth Brett I see you're a relatively new member. I think you need to consult with Kerrie La Guardia or Bob Stewart for a little guidence on proper AR blogging protocol. They conduct some fabulous webinars for new members and will offer a lot of very valuable info on blogging ethics.

Kenneth Brett Great! BTW, check this out: Surfer's Point Resort. We're looking for 12-15 million to build this 4 to 5 star waterfront Shared Ownership Hotel & Resort. The shared ownership portion (24 1&2 BDRM villas) whence all villas have been sold will yield a 30 to 40 million dollar return. There will also be 5 dedicated hotel suites that will yield a daily rack rate with about a 97% year around occupancy.

 

There will also be a concierge service and trasportation to and from the airport and train services and to and from local beaches and golf courses. Great surf breaks are just across the street at "Pontos" a well know beach surf break.

We're looking for construction and long term take out funding. Let us know if you're interested and we'll send you a complete performa.
