If you are looking to purchase or refinance in VA or NC I recommend using 1st Choice Title.  I have been using them for about 1 1/2 years now and have excellent customer service and great turn times. 

One great thing about them is they have the one flat fee for refinances so there is no unexpected charges.  If you have any questions regarding the title issues Gladys is the one to call.  Both Daniel Moreland and Gladys have been in the title industry for years.
