Please accept my apology for not being more involved lately!

Normally, I have time to do a lot of reading here on Activerain and then entering many many comments. However, lately my time has vanished for these activities. We have been hearing on TV that the real estate business is "bad"!

They must be talking about markets in other areas! My business has skyrocketed in the last couple of months. I have to admit that part of it is working for asset companies to sell foreclosures and part of it is the increased requests for rentals.

All of my agents are busy working with clients. Most are even working on Saturdays! There are many factories and plants in the Dyersburg,Tn 38024 area that are doing very well and many are hiring additional employees.

My agents are telling me they are too busy to read and participate on Activerain. I tell them they are never too busy to invest in their future business. The same goes for me! They as well as I have to take the time to read and learn about new technology and concepts for the real estate industry.

Are you too busy to participate here on Activerain?

Can you afford not to invest in your career "long term"?

It's great to be busy, isn't it. The market is picking up in Prince William County as well. I have had my busies month ever and it's only going to get better. Of course I changed my business plan but it's all working out.

I am with you, things got very busy for me this month with short sales here in Prince William Va. I did not have much time to blog, but I need to make sure I schedule in the future for it. We need to keep planting those seeds.
