What about the Neighborhood?
The majority of homes that you will find in LoDo will be condos, although you will find some single family homes and townhomes as well. As LoDo is located in the west central area of Denver, it is part of the Denver Public School (DPS) System, one of the largest districts in the state. There are over of 150 schools in the DPS District including 68 Elementary, 18 K-8, 16 Middle Schools, 15 High Schools, and 21 Charter Schools. The University of Colorado Denver campus is nearby as well, which shares space with The Metropolitan State University of Denver and the Community College of Denver.
