I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 88 active listings. 2homeslistings new this week; 1 traditional sale town homes and 1 short sale town homes. 4 homes went under contract; 1 traditional sale town homes, 1 short sale town homes and 2 traditional sale detached homes.  2 homes sold; 1 traditional sale town homes and 1 traditional sale detached homes.
