Busy on Cape Cod with buyers and Sellers attempting to get ahead of the curve and maximize the Spring Market.   Most Cape Cod Homes are sold early in the year so that new home owners can enjoy summers breezes.   I have been noticing offers coming in way under asking.   A fish on the line...as they say.   I have also noticed the sellers who have hooked their hopes on part time agents are jigging along the bottom..with over priced properties that buyers are willing to Throw Back...   The active agents...with their hands on the pulse of the market are paying attention... we have the market knowledge from stem to stern and consequently hook the buyers who are discriminate and discerning.    No bottom fishing here... just trying to find the Keepers for my buyers... and create the win win situation... Hate to hear the stories of "the one that got away"!   The motto ... keep your hands on the pulse of your market... change to meet the needs of your public.   Nothing stays the same...
