Lawrence Condo For Sale

A very good friend of mine wants to sell his condo he bought for his kid when she was going to school at the University of Kansas.  It's about 1/2 mile off campus on the west side, has two bedrooms, two full baths, a living room with a fire place, a separate dining room, laundry room and a lanai. 

Now, the lanai has also been known to be used as a bedroom.  Your likely tenants are college kids, after all. 

All appliances including a new oven/range, older washer and dryer, and an older refrigerator all stay with the property.   There is also newer carpeting and vinyl flooring, less than a year old.  New windows and new paint, as well. 

We're getting together this evening to discuss price.  But I would say about $84,500.  Rents should be about $695-$725.  And of course as close to campus as it is I'm sure renting is not a huge issue.  (Photos are yet to come.  I'm just getting the word out early.)
