3. Your real estate agent is not only salesperson but more of your guide
I am obviously biased on this point, but …
Of course you will meet agents who will try to sell you on overpriced, completely not for you piece of work, but BELIEVE ME – this is not common. Your Realtor should be focused on helping you.
Here is where I ask you (Buyer) for understanding. Please, try to remember that your Realtor has other clients, live, family, etc. Give an hour, two hours and sometimes even a day for a phone call back. (The day part should not happen more than once).
Please do not call at noon to ask for showing at 1 pm. Give your Realtor time to make appointment, check his/her schedule, etc. And (unless there is emergency), please do not call after 8 pm. Times changed and most of agents give out cell phone numbers as main numbers to call and have them on most likely 24 hours a day, but those evening hours are probably reserved for family phone calls ( you can always ask of course).
