Fast Tip with How Grow your Success-Tap into Your Discomfort

A great piece of advice was shared with me the other day about what it takes to be successful. Simply put, the discussion focused on stepping into your discomfort. Meaning what do you need to learn or what activity do you need to engage in, in order to progress you to the next level.

Perhaps it's learning more about your field or something as simple as networking?  Knowing yourself and becoming familiar with the weakened areas of your business/self that need be addressed is vital for success.

Lets say you are fearful of giving lectures...guess whatStart giving lectures, START to become comfortable with public speaking-start tapping into your discomfort to progress forward.

Laura it is tough for anyone to start a new project when they don't have a clue on how it is done. However taking the first step is the key to advancement. Search it out, read about it and try it. You may get quite good at it. Who knows what will happen until you try it.

Laura - this is great advice, but difficult to implement.  It is difficult to get out of one's comfort zone.
