I'm not sure how successful I am at it, but I try to live an aware life. Travel sharpens my senses and helps me be more aware of cultures and traditions far different than mine. My goal is to return from my travels with both my mind and heart more open.
I'm grateful I've had the time to experience several careers, continents and being the mother of four children during my lifetime thus far.
Yoga and meditation have been my constant companions since I was 17. For me, they're my "Irish Prayer" that allows me to change what I have the power to change, and accept what I cannot.
