This project will mark legendary developer Ugo Colombo's return to the Brickell market after his 2008 development, the Epic Hotel & Residences. Prior to the Epic, Colombo also developed the Santa Maria tower as well as Bristol Tower. The three projects have been among the most successful and luxurious in the neighborhood and no less is expected of Brickell Flatiron.
Brickell Flatiron is a 65-story tower designed by noted Miami-based architect Luis Revuelta and is redefining the look of the Downtown Miami skyline with its sleek style. The 710-foot skyscraper is designed with floor-to-ceiling glass exteriors, which will feature 11-foot-deep, elliptical balconies. Amenities will include a 64th floor pool, spa and fitness center, 18th floor pool, children's play area, movie theater and event space as well as a ground level fresh cafe and dog walking area. Stay tuned!
