Hi Don, It may sound like a lot for a condo compared to some area's in Pennsylvania, but here in Summit County it's a bargain. We have had 1 bedrooms condos sell for over $440,000 in Frisco and over $750,000 in Breckenridge. Frisco being centrally located in Summit County is ten minutes from three ski resorts Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain. This particular condo is also only a five minute walk from Lake Dillon.
