Envisioning...

We all know that buyers often have a lack of vision when ti comes to seeing ways to change a property.  Some can't look beyond the current decor and furnishings to even conceive of painting... and others immediately throw out ideas about knocking out walls. 

I know there are programs out there to help them envision new flooring, wall colors, etc.

But does anyone know a way to help a buyer envision something like.... landscaping or fencing?

I have a delightful little property that is sitting on a corner lot - you know what that means - no backyard, but plenty of side and front yard.  The feedback we consistently receive is that the buyers want a fenced yard area. 

I'd like to take a picture of the yard and show them what it would look like with fencing in the side yard/front.  It would be really cute, honestly. 

How can I help them visualize it?

I have the corner lot photo, a yard plot, and pictures of the fencing I'm thinking about. 

Does anyone have any great program suggestions?
