The Bluemone Fair has been held in the village on Snickersville Turnpike starting in 1969. It seems to have grown and maintained it's popularity over the years. This year, should you decide to attend, you will see a variety of attractions including food, pies and pickles contest, antiques, history, weavers, llamas and alpacas, organ grinder, quilters from Waterford, train history, jams and jellies, t-shirts, tractors, pony rides, bee keepers, master gardeners, Round Hill FD, Virgina Defense Force ( State Guard), local authors, crafts, face painting, live music, model railroad, art show, antique car show, and more. Something for all ages.
