I have been a Realtor for 3+ years and now have decided to try to enter the Lakeshore Property market.  The goal of this Blog is to give myself and others advise on what troubles, gains, and information one must NEED to know before taking on a lakeshore listing.  Interested in Lake Minnetonka or Hennepin County as well as other lakeshore properties for investment purposes (Including other states).  I would appreciate any responce or help!  Thank You!
