Stone Ridge Mid Week Update 8/30/2014 - 9/4/2014

I wanted to provide a mid week update for Stone Ridge. there are currently 27 homes for sale. 2 homes new to the market; 1 traditional sale condo and 1 traditional sale town homes.  No homes received a contract.  1 homes were reported sold; 1 short sale town home.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
