The homes you would expect to find for sale in The Lakes at Boca Raton are generally going to range between 1800 and 2500 square feet. The homes were originally built between 1988 and 1994, depending on the individual subdivision. Since then, many of the homes have had updates. It's not uncommon to find homes that have beautiful private pooldecks overlooking one of the many Lakes that the community's name suggests. The smallest homes in the neighborhood start with 3 bedrooms, while the larger floor plans have four and five bedroom layouts with some models putting the master bedroom on the main floor. Most of the lots range between 1/4 acre and a 1/2 acre so there is plenty of room for people to get out and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.
