Defining Friends - Live Triumphantly!

This might cause you to think about who some of your friends are.   The right relationships are so key to living a triumphant life.  I think about the times that relationships have held me back and got me down. I really struggled. As I go through this course I know its able to help someone out there in ActiveRain land.  I would like to suggest that some of your relationships are holding you back.  So review the list below.  ***Credit Below*** 

Define your own requirements for friendships, some of which are:

Friends must be committed to long-term relationships, relationships that you can build on. In tough times "Friends Stand".

Friends must be "destiny driven", a fact indicated by their actions. They must be "going somewhere". Their best days are not behind them, they are looking and moving forward in a large way. Moving forward with their calling and destiny.

Friends must be sowers, planters, givers. Givers are challenged to feed others are qualified to receive.

Even inexperienced farmers know not to plant good seed into unreceptive soil. They know to repair the foundation - the soil itself, preparing for growth.

Friends must tell the truth. Friends must protect you IN THE TRUTH, not FROM the truth. Those who will not speak the truth even though it could wound you are NOT your friend. They are your enemy as whey work against your personal and spiritual growth.

Friends help their friends "stay on track" and in so doing, keep them from getting off the right track. Allowing friends to get derailed could also hinder your growth...as you ultimately become like those you associate with.
