2. Bryn Mawr, Orlando, FL 32804. This was a nice 3/2 home in a prime location in College Park. House was in great condition. Sold for $392,500.
3. Snow Goose Lane, Lake Mary, FL 32746. 4 bed, 2.5 bath home in Egrets Landing in Oviedo. Fantastic Seminole County schools. Our investor customer fixed this property up beautifully and sold it for $210,000.
4. Welton St, Orlando, FL 32803. 3 bed, 2 bath home in Colonialtown. A fantastically redeveloped home with 1-car garage, crown molding, new kitchen, and more. Sold for $292,500.
5. McNeal Dr, Deltona, FL 32725. Move in ready 3 bed, 2 bath home. You cannot get a home in this condition for this cheap. It sold fast for $64,000. Just 3 days on the market.
